Thyme Lifestyle Resort is a $122 million housing development in Eli Waters, Hervey Bay. Serenitas, a company led by founder and CEO Rob Nichols, owns and manages land lease communities in Western Australia along with Nationwide Lifestyle Villages.
Their latest venture, The Thyme Lifestyle Resort – Hervey Bay, is a land lease community on the east coast that focuses on providing affordable housing for individuals over the age of 50. The construction phase of this project began in March 2021.
The team at Geotechnical Services Hervey Bay are proudly providing a comprehensive suite of geotechnical services for this project for a variety of clients. Services supplied to date include geotechnical investigation, level 1 supervision, site classification, soil testing for roads and concrete testing.
