Geotechnical Services is committed to providing high quality geotechnical testing services on an efficient and competitive basis, in our NATA Accredited laboratories. Our principal aims are to fully satisfy client requirements with regards to the quality, confidentiality, reliability, and delivery of all services.

Geotechnical Services is committed to maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC-17025 and will meet or exceed all statutory and regulatory standards as required. NATA endorsement will be used on all applicable test results/reports.

Geotechnical Services will suitably maintain all test equipment and ensure the testing environment will guarantee correct laboratory practice. We will make certain that all of our employees, agents, and sub-contractors possess and continuously update the required qualifications, licenses, accreditations, and certifications to provide the services for projects in compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.

Our focus on quality is to be achieved by all personnel being responsible for, and adopting and maintaining a consistent, ethical, and professional approach to ensure quality procedures throughout the organisation. Personnel are required to be familiar with the ISO/IEC-17025 Laboratory Quality Manual and to always implement the Laboratory Quality Management Systems.

The progressive nature of Geotechnical Services in all facets of its business will continue, and this approach will provide our clients with the assurance of our total commitment to quality.

Geotechnical Services is an independent testing company that has no interests or ties with outside companies, contractors or firms that could compromise its competency, impartiality, judgement, or operational integrity in any way.

Safety

At Geotechnical Services, the health and safety of our employees, suppliers, contractors and the community is our top priority. We understand that the construction industry comes with inherent risks, and we take every precaution possible to mitigate those risks and keep our employees, suppliers, contractors and the community safe.

We have a comprehensive health and safety policy that is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure our procedures and processes are aligned with the latest industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
