With over 18 years of experience in the Geotechnical and Civil Construction Materials Testing industry, Cade has had an impressive career journey leading high-performing teams and managing quality at a national level, cementing himself as a highly regarded professional in the CMT and Quality Assurance industries.

In Cade’s role as Quality and Operations Manager, he is responsible for ensuring continual quality improvement, development, implementation, and maintenance of quality plans and procedures while assisting in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and processes.

Cade brings an outstanding blend of expertise and leadership. His engaging personality and proactive approach foster strong relationships across all levels, making him a trusted colleague and mentor.

Cade’s commitment to excellence extends beyond people. He is an expert in designing and implementing robust quality procedures, standards, and specifications, ensuring that organisational processes remain aligned with both national and international benchmarks. This dedication to best practices not only guarantees operational efficiency but also helps keep Geotechnical Services ahead of the curve, surpassing legislative requirements.

Cade is a NATA Authorised Representative and his comprehensive experience is backed by an Advanced Diploma in Laboratory Operations as well as a large number of quality certifications.

Beyond the professional arena, Cade finds balance and joy in spending quality time with his wife and three children, embracing the great outdoors through activities such as fishing and camping.
